Doppler flow measurements are an essential part of growth surveillance, where indicated 17

  1. Uterine artery Doppler (UtAD) in high risk pregnancy, 20-23 weeks
  2. Umbilical artery Doppler (UAD)  if suspected SGA or FGR in 3rd Trimester
  3. UAD, UtAD, MCA/CPR to assess severity of SGA at term and help determine time of delivery
