  1. Use  GAP care pathway algorithm to aid risk assessment in early pregnancy.
  2. Plot SFH or EFW measurements until delivery on customised charts – preferably 2-3 weekly if resources permit.
  3. Phase I can be implemented using current resources until sonography department have additional resources and training to implement phase 2
